Terms & Conditions

Admission & Enrollment

  1. Admission is confirmed only after successful fee payment.
  2. Students must provide accurate personal and academic information.
  3. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
  4. Only registered students are allowed to attend classes and unauthorized persons are not permitted.

Fees & Payment Policy

  1. All fees must be paid on time as per the schedule.
  2. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
  3. Late payment may result in penalties or suspension of classes.

Attendance & Discipline

  1. Students must maintain regular attendance.
  2. Misbehavior or misconduct may lead to suspension or termination.
  3. Any intentional or unintentional damage caused by a student will be the responsibility of that student.
  4. Students must pay the full cost of repair or replacement as decided by the institute management.

Online Classes

  1. Students must ensure proper internet connectivity.
  2. Recording or sharing online sessions without permission is not allowed.

Course Completion & Certificate

  1. Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearing all dues.
  2. The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates if rules are violated.

Batch & Timing

  1. Students must follow the allotted batch timing.
  2. The institute is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience due to late arrival.
  3. Batch change depends on availability and management approval.

Internet Usage Policy

  1. Internet access is provided for learning purposes only.
  2. Misuse such as illegal downloads or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

Personal Belongings

  1. Students are responsible for their own belongings.
  2. The institute is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.

Make-up Class / Missed Classes Policy

  1. If a student misses a class without information, they will not be allowed to attend another batch as a replacement.
  2. For missing 1–2 topics, the institute may provide limited support at its discretion.
  3. For multiple missed classes or major portions of the course, no batch transfer or compensation will be allowed.
